Tyler believes firmly in John Maxwell’s principle that “everything rises and falls on leadership” and takes that approach into every endeavor. Tyler is insistent that leadership’s impact on marketing and reputation management is equivalent to its impact on team building and hiring practices. Tyler has seen companies rise and fall because of this principle and is determined to help companies, leaders, and individuals avoid the pitfalls that accompany a leadership void. Several of Tyler’s previous ventures failed, leading to the launch of Fidelitas Development, an integrated marketing and advertising company that has been thriving since 2008. Tyler’s experience led to his appointment to the Board of Directors of LiveDeal, a publicly traded alternative to Groupon and Living Social, where he serves as a key spokesman for the brand.
Tyler resides in San Diego with his wife Erica and Samson, their yellow lab puppy. Outside of Fidelitas and basketball, Tyler and his family enjoy relaxing on the beach and serving at their church.
